Registrations will be checked at the event. Day-of registration will include an additional charge, so advance registration is strongly encouraged.

$239 plus tax
Rooms are available for the night of November 11, 2026. Availability is limited and rooms are being added to the block based on need and hotel availability.
If the discounted rate is unavailable, contact the chapter before booking so additional rooms can potentially be requested.

Booth-service requests and exhibitor logistics are available on a separate resource page for participating vendors.
Access hotel power, Wi-Fi and technology requests, plus shipping, storage and raffle information.
Current Schedule
Check-in, registration, breakfast and the exhibit hall begin at 7:00 AM. The program runs from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM and includes leadership updates, expert presentations, networking, lunch and a keynote session.
